As part of my Form and Function Class, we were to design and create a 3D model using Ivory Board. Each component of the model had to be no larger than 10cm x 10cm and only use right angles. I thought it would be a nice outdoor Spa area, where you can climb the steps and jump in. I created the two walls either side so the space would feel nice and enclosed. Once I had generated and developed ideas, I created the model then took photographs using different angles and lighting.

The  job brief was to choose one of five competitions to enter, so this Photograph was taken at Mitcham train station, for a Train spotting Photograph competition. This massive steam, train was up and running travelling between Mitcham and Mooroolbark on the 24th of March every hour and I was lucky enough to snap this shot as it was blowing a massive cloud of steam as it pulled away from the station.

A photography excursion with my course led us into the city, and there we were given a list of things we were all to take photographs of. Some examples were: Orange things, Purple things, Power Lines, Details, Organic Shadows. The excursion took us around the Melbourne Museum, and along Brunswick street in Fitzroy, snapping shots along the way.
